Revenue Management System
The Revenue Management System analyzes your past bookings and suggests the price at which to sell your rooms to maximize occupancy and profitability. Each date is associated with potential, and based on that and the occupancy rate, a price suggestion is made. You can manually apply it to your rooms or create automatic rules. You can also manually modify the potential by inserting events (e.g., the cup final in your city or a new fair).

Rate Checker
Check the prices at which your competitors sell their rooms directly on your calendar. You can select up to 3 competitors by geographical proximity, and Rate Checker will show the prices they sell on Booking.com and color them green or red to indicate whether they are higher or lower than yours.
